This project consists of two phases. The phase of the updating the building and planning systems by GIS development to automate the local plan and building requirements. And the development phase, modeling all planning services and activating GIS of organizational drawings in sub-municipalities to facilitate the provision of city planning services and link them to all departments to integrate with them and achieve flexibility in the process of exchanging of the data and the information between the different applications
